| Hello all, got a quick question about doing a clutch job. i have done a few clutch jobs before but they have all been with brand new clutch kits. this one is going to be a little different (I hope). I want to just replace the disc, not touchging the flywheel or pressure plate. So, my reasoning.. I just put in a brand new OEM clutch kid in my car <<10k miles ago. unfortunatly my first gear has been out and i have been forced to drive it in second to and from work. i think its pretty new still but i figure better get a new disc anyways since i an forced to stop and go in second a lot to and from work. i'm wondering if i need to replace/resurface the pressure plate or flywheel or if it'd be fine to just leave it or perhaps just emery cloth it a little. thank you for your help. please let me know
